SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
I. General Instructions
1. Joint Articles maximum of 3 authors.
2. All submissions can have a must be original, unpublished, and not under review by any other journal.
3. Authors will be solely responsible for any disputes arising from the manuscript, including issues of copyright, defamation, objectionable content, or contempt. They agree to bear any resulting loss due to violations of copyright or other rights.
4. While adherence to word limits for each article category is encouraged, the journal may exercise flexibility based on the quality of the submission.
II. Format
1. The names of the authors and their institutional affiliations must be clearly mentioned in the manuscript.
2. The main body of the manuscript should be written in MS-WORD, Font Times New Roman, font size 12, with single line spacing. Footnotes should be in Times New Roman, font size 10, also with single line spacing. All headings should follow a consistent format.
3. Manuscripts must follow the citation style as under:
(a) Foot Notes must be on the same page numbered continuously to which it is connected. 
(b) Citation of Books/Research Work: Name of the author, Title of the book p. no. (if referring to specific page or pages) (Publisher, Place of publication, edition/year of publication).  E.g. M.P. Jain, Indian Constitutional Law 98 (Kamal Law House, Calcutta, 5th edn., 1998).
(c) Citation of Articles: Citation of a paper published in a journal/periodical: Name of author of the article, title of the essay within inverted commas, volume number of journal Name of the journal page number (year). E.g. S.C. Sharma, “Uniform Civil Code for India: Analyzing The Uttrakhand Law” 1:1, St. Soldier Journal of Law and Social Science 156 (2025).
(d) Citation of case law: 

1. Where the case title is written in the body of the text, only the name of the case shall be in the text e.g. Kesavananda Bharati v. State of Kerala and the citation is written in the footnote as AIR 1973 SC 1461.
2. If the name and citation are to be written in the footnote itself: Kesavananda Bharati v. State of Kerala, AIR 1962 SC 933. 
3. If parties to a case are numerous, for e.g. State of Punjab v. Union of India and others; this case is to be cited as: State of Punjab v. Union of India (1977) 3 SCC 592. 
4. Foreign Cases to be cited in the same manner as Indian cases, according to the rules mentioned above. 
(e) WEBSITES:  The author must indicate the date of visiting the website.
E.g. Information Technology Act, 2000, India, available at: http://www.mit.gov.in/itbill.asp (last visited on July 29, 2003).
(f) ACTS/ CONSTITUTION: The Complete name of statute/act, year (citation) 
The Information Technology Act, 2000 (Act 21 of 2000). 
III. Plagiarism

The Allowed Percentage of Plagiarism is less than 10%.

DETAILED PUBLICATION PROCESS
1. The entire publication process, from manuscript submission to the issuance of certificates, typically takes around one month.
2. Manuscripts should be submitted via email, after which an acknowledgement email will be sent to the author. (1st Author in case of more than one)
3. After submission, the manuscripts undergo a review process.
4. If the manuscript is selected, the author(s) will be notified via email regarding its acceptance.
5. Upon acceptance, the manuscript will be uploaded to the journal, website for publication.
6. Authors will receive a soft copy of the publication certificate and article via email.
